Clicking Parish was founded to help Christian pastors and parish leaders strengthen their congregations by deepening faith, fostering authentic relationships, and drawing more souls into the life of the Church.
Our name reflects our mission. We believe people are more likely to grow in their faith when they genuinely connect with their pastor, their parish, and one another. Through creative, mission-focused marketing, communication, and engagement strategies, we help pastors build those connections so their communities can flourish.
By God’s grace, our mission is to help pastors creatively and effectively click with their congregations in building up the Kingdom of God.
Meet the Team
Chief Executive Officer
Christi had a successful career with the government for over 20 years before hearing the Lord’s call to work in service to the Church. With a deep love for Jesus, Mary, and the people of God, Christi is generous in sharing her extraordinary and diverse gifts to help others.
Executive Director
Greg has been given a wealth of professional experience in sales and parish ministry for over 30 years. Known for his enthusiasm, joy, and love for the Eucharist, Greg is excited to share his fruitful experience and talents with many pastors and parishes.
We founded Clicking Parish with a shared passion for helping Catholic parishes become places where people encounter Christ, build meaningful relationships, and feel they truly belong.
Together, we bring more than 45 years of combined leadership experience in executive leadership and Catholic parish ministry. We have helped lead the revitalizations of three parish communities, one of which grew 350% (from approximately 200 to nearly 900 people attending Sunday Mass). With God’s help, there was significant quality, too, in building thriving ministries, expanding volunteer engagement, strengthening parish life, and creating meaningful opportunities for people to encounter Christ.
Our experience has shown us that healthy, growing parishes don’t happen by accident. They are built by pastors and parish leaders who faithfully proclaim the Gospel while intentionally creating opportunities for people to connect with Christ and with one another.
That’s why we founded Clicking Parish.
Our mission is to equip pastors and parish leaders with practical marketing, communication, and engagement strategies that strengthen parish communities and support the mission of the Church. Everything we do is rooted in the belief that when people truly click with their parish, they become more open to encountering Jesus Christ.
